England - Yorkshire to Peak District

You can still see the old Beeston Boiler, powered by burning coal, in one of the buildings. It was used to heat the Orangery, Mushroom House, Cucumber House and Vinery. It was installed in 1932 to replace an earlier model of boiler and decommissioned in the 1960s.
